世界規模で再評価・再解釈が大きく進み、 次々と新しく個性的なボトルがリリースされ続けているジンですが、 私たちは、敢えてオーソドックスなジンを作ることを選びました。 目指したのは、ジントニックやマティーニをはじめとするカクテルを支える、 オールドスタイルかつなめらかな口当たりの高品質なジンです。 原酒にはイギリス産の小麦由来のものを使用し、 蒸溜時には 140 を超えるセクションからのハートカットにこだわることで、 口当たりや飲み心地の良さを感じていただけます。 ボタニカルはクラシカルなレシピを下敷きにしつつ、 鷹栖町産のブルーベリーや国産シトラスのピール、希少なティムールペッパーなども採用することで、 ジンらしくありながらやわらかで、微かな刺激がフックとなるような味に仕上げました。

Gin is undergoing a global reevaluation and reinterpretation, with new and distinctive bottles continuously hitting the market. However, we decided to take a more traditional approach. Our aim was to craft a premium, classic gin with a velvety flavor profile that complements cocktails like gin and tonics and martinis. We use British wheat exclusively for our unblended sake, and by meticulously selecting the heart-cut from over 140 sections during distillation, we achieve a smooth texture and a satisfying drinking experience. While our botanical blend is rooted in a classic recipe, we've also incorporated locally sourced blueberries from Takasu Town, domestic citrus peel, and the rare Timur pepper, resulting in a gin that maintains its quintessential character while offering a gentle, nuanced twist.
